Kent Foundry Company operates a certified quality management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
We define quality in castings as: Entirely suitable for the application, delivered on time, at the right price, and on a consistent basis.
We are dedicated to high quality products that exceed our customers’ expectations. Every member of the Kent Foundry Team is accountable for both process quality and product quality. This process starts with management (assessing risk factors from quoting all the way to facility / product realization needs) and continues through to the individual employee fulfilling the needs of the QMS, product realization, and ultimately the customer.
We are committed to continual improvement in all aspects of our business, products, and services, including the QMS. Our progress is benchmarked through the use of appropriate measurement tools.
